Alan joined the industry in 1988 working for his father as a plumber doing residential, commercial and school work. Early into his career, he learned how to operate the equipment and enjoyed playing in the dirt and digging ditches. Alan advanced into running all his jobs as a Foreman/Project Manager, and eventually started to estimate work for the site utility portions on school projects. When his father closed down the business in 1996, Alan made the decision to purchase a backhoe and start a business as an owner operator. After a year of working rental, an opportunity came from a customer (who offered?) offering him the chance to bid a project that they couldn’t start. He bid and was awarded the project, hired a couple of employees, and Boudreau Pipeline was born. Today, and over 20 years later, Boudreau Pipeline is one of the leading Pipeline Contractors in Southern California with close to 300 employees and a client list of all the top builders and general contractors in the SoCal area.

In his spare time, you can find Alan at an Anaheim Ducks game or cruising on his Harley.
