Peter’s career spans over two decades, with extensive experience in homebuilding, project management and land development. After graduating from UC Irvine, Peter began his career in City planning, learning the ins and outs of the local government process first hand.  After leaving public service, Peter went on to work for several of the largest public homebuilding companies in the country, managing the approval and construction of dozens of single family, infill, attached, and master plan developments in Southern California.  Moving on from homebuilding to major land development and entitlement opportunities, Peter has experienced all aspects of residential development, which enables him to navigate the most complicated of projects and communities.  Peter has a strong belief in the mission of the BIA, and the goal of promoting housing in Southern California.  Peter served as the President of the BIA of Southern California from 2017 to 2018, and has served on the board of directors for the BIA of Orange County since 2015.

When not in the office or field, Peter spends much of his free time with his wife of 18 years and his teenage son and daughter, enjoying many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kitesurfing, snowboarding and camping.
