Eric is currently the Vice President of Community Development at Trumark Homes. Eric’s background in land use planning, entitlement processing, and development spans more than two decades. During that time, his role in planning, community outreach, and land use approvals resulted in the development of thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial space. Eric has overseen the entitlement and development of technically complicated and politically contentious projects in jurisdictions throughout California and the western United States and is equally adept at resolving technical issues while interfacing with elected officials and community stakeholders.  

Eric serves as the Chair of the Planning Commission in the City of Dana Point, is a member of the Executive Board for the Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association, and is a member of the Board of Directors at the League of California Cities.
