The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) is a non-profit trade association representing 1,100 companies affiliated within the homebuilding industry.  The Orange County Chapter is one of four chapters that make up BIASC, and is also affiliated with the California Building Industry (CBIA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  Leaders from our local builders, trade contractors and businesses associated within the real estate industry make up our active BIAOC Board of Directors and volunteer committees.  It is through this strong member engagement that we achieve our core mission.
