BUILDING INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY ACADEMY (BITA)

 The Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA) is a  four-year high school curriculum that trains students in the building trades to help them enter into the building workforce immediately following high school graduation. 

​

Mission Statement:

BITA’s mission is to provide a trained workforce to meet industry demand, offset worker retirement, and avoid labor shortages. BITA also enhances the public perception of the building industry, its diverse career opportunities, and hardworking employees.

​

Support the Future of the Industry:

Contributions are used to support our Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA) Program by creating workforce opportunities for students to experience hands-on indsutry education, through the SoCal BITA Alliance Summer Internship Program.

​

Sponsors will receive recognition and signage at all CHF events, including Hall of Fame at PCBC, CHF Annual Giving Golf Tournament, Little Black Dress and Tie Social in Orange County. and the BIA Orange County Wine Event.

Provides ONE internship opportunity, which includes wages, tools,
and equipment.

Provides the hand toolss and PEE needed to be successful on the job-site.

Covers the cost of a Certified CTE Instructor to monitor the students and support industry throughout the internship.
