Name: CANNIBAL CENTRAL HEADHUNTERS, INC.
Company Profile: Cannibal Central Headhunters, Inc. is a "specialized or niche" recruiting firm committed to the Building, Construction and Real Estate industries. Owner, Kathee Smith, brings to her clients and candidates her extensive "hands-on" work experience within the industries she serves. The well respected firm with over a decade of experience provides clients with the placement of permanent employees and consultants from Senior Administrative through C-Level Executives, as well as field personnel. "The past 3 years have brought about many changes to the way in which we conduct business operations, including the staffing and hiring processes." In response to these changes, Cannibal Central Headhunters now offers flexible search plans and fees to fit your needs and budget. Additionally, our "Consultant-Connect" service provides clients with top-talent consultants (even at the executive level) alleviating the commitment of a permanent hire in a challenging business climate. Hard work, strong ethics and results have been key contributors to the success, longevity and stability of Cannibal Central Headhunters. Being jungle inhabitants, Cannibal Central Headhunters is well equipped to survive the tough times, and are heavily armed to address your most challenging staffing situations.
Benefits of Membership for You & Your Company or Why did you join BIA: Cannibal Central Headhunters has been a BIA member for several years. Our company has benefited in many ways, but especially from the excellent overall support, responsive services for members, political watch-dogging, networking and education. I believe now, more than ever, is an important time to be a member of BIA, as our industry is in the early stages of recovery; an important time for industry professionals to be current on industry trends, re-connecting with associates and colleagues to best prepare for the recovery and when we return to some form of normalcy.
Can you share any specific examples or stories of how BIA/OC has helped your company's bottom line, given you exclusive industry insider info/education, or provided networking opportunities that resulted in new business?: Having our company listed in the BIA directory has always been a strong source of prospective clients. I am also a firm believer that companies like to do business with companies that support their industry, and one of those ways of supporting your industry is by being a member of an industry trade association.
Favorite BIA event this year or which event are you looking forward to?: A recent AOG Committee event that was held at Big Canyon Country Club. The speakers were top in their field, providing extremely helpful insight into many aspects of what challenges homebuilders are facing today and the latest trends and challenges in planning successful projects and tackling the latest and greatest hurdles. Just like most of us, I am always interested in getting the most current economic outlook information available and look forward to any and all information that can help us plan for re-igniting our industry.
