BIA/Orange County’s 24th Annual Development Trends Conference Looks at “Charting a Course for the Turnaround & the Coming Acquisition Tidal Wave”
IRVINE, Calif. —Today’s market is full of challenges that are impacting every facet of the real estate and development industry. Who knows what direction to go next? Addressing these market uncertainties is the upcoming 24th Annual Development Trends & Networking Conference, themed “Charting a Course for the Turnaround & the Coming Acquisition Tidal Wave.”
Presented by Building Industry Assn. of Southern California, Orange County Chapter, the event takes place from 7:30 to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2008 at the Irvine Marriott.
The program will present experts from the front-lines of today’s volatile market offering their perspectives on surviving the current climate and taking advantage of opportunities that are presented, including implications of the coming acquisition tidal wave.
In addition, a dedicated 45-minute networking session will help attendees connect with speakers, sponsors and each other. And job-seekers can network with local companies and executive search firms.
“Everyone is looking for direction as to where the market is going and when it will recover,” said conference Chairwoman Marji Knitter of The Moote Group. “Plus we think the enhanced networking opportunity will be one of the biggest benefits for attendees.”
