IRVINE, CA – Kristine Thalman, Chief Executive Officer of the Building Industry Association, Orange County Chapter will be speaking on the numerous housing opportunities presently in Orange County. She will look into the current market statistics that demonstrate how the current slowdown in housing is creating more demand for the future. In addition, she will present the wide range of available housing throughout the county including the new transit oriented development, mixed-use, loft and mid-rise homes.
Her presentation will also dissolve some of the myths currently plaguing the industry including that Orange County is built out and that the homebuilders are to blame for the current market conditions. This information is ideal for a public consumer forum as it is these citizens who are making personal decisions regarding the purchase of homes.
