The Next Generation Group was created to encourage all younger (35 and under) BIA members to become more involved with the association and take advantage of the many networking opportunities BIA offers. The main goals of the Next Generation Group are to help the many future leaders of our industry develop strong relationships with their peers and improve their professional skills by attending special Next Generation meetings and all other BIA/OC meetings and educational workshops.

Monthly meetings are held to encourage interaction between the diverse segments of the industry represented by those in the Next Generation Group. Additionally, a recognized leader in the industry is invited to candidly share their experiences, wisdom and insight regarding successful business strategy. Each of these meetings offer rare opportunities to have the undivided attention of industry leaders and experts in an informal setting.
